1. Scope
These GTC apply to all contracts concluded via the Noble Registry platform, represented by Michael Walkenhorst. Our services are available to both consumers (§13 BGB) and business customers (§14 BGB).
2. Services
We offer domain registration and management, issuance of SSL certificates, as well as additional IT services such as web hosting and managed services. All services are delivered digitally and automatically after payment receipt.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is formed when a customer places an order via our website and the subsequent payment is confirmed. Services are provided automatically once payment is received. We reserve the right to reject orders without giving reasons.

5. Prices & Payment Methods
All prices are final and inclusive of all applicable charges. No VAT is shown or charged, in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
The prices valid at the time of the order shall apply. Accepted payment methods: Prepayment, PayPal, SEPA Direct Debit, Credit Card, Bank Transfer.
For business customers within the European Union, the reverse charge mechanism may apply in accordance with Article 196 of the EU VAT Directive. In such cases, tax liability is transferred to the recipient.
6. Revocation & Refund
Domains and SSL certificates are custom, digital services that are excluded from revocation (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). Refunds are not possible once registration has been completed.

Liability for simple negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected. Noble Registry is only liable for data loss if regular backups were performed by the customer. Liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage.
10. Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy applies. Personal data is used solely for processing the contract.
11. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction – if permitted – is Bielefeld, Germany.
12. Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible one that comes closest to the economic intent.
